Dominic Njuguna Ndung’u is a Makerere University trained lawyer. He is currently practicing with Archer & Wilcock Advocates as a Litigation Associate. Dominic specializes in civil litigation, criminal litigation, commercial law, drafting contracts and dispute resolution. He has represented clients before various Kenyan courts and statutory tribunals. Before joining Archer & Wilcock Advocates, Dominic was a Legal Assistant at Salama Fikira Group Limited where he got the experience of reviewing and drafting maritime contracts, Special Investigation contracts, Services Agreements, employment contracts and company policies. Dominic is the Kenyan National Administrator for Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition; a law students competition attended by over 500 law schools sponsored by International Law Student Association and White & Case LLP.
