Moto Hope Micro Lending is among the 41 social entrepreneurs who are currently participating in the 2018 Santa Clara University’s Global Social Benefit Institute (GSBI®) Accelerator program.
We are represented by our CEO Mr. Vincent Njuguna Kiarie. In a grueling competition of over 350 applicants and 32 semifinalists we managed to be among the 21 finalists. The GSBI Online Accelerator is providing the participants, MHML included, transformative mentorship, for transformative impact.
Moto Hope Micro-Lending qualified for the six-month, mentored, virtual program because of its initial traction, social impact, and its working business model that has facilitated its rapid growth. In addition, we have been in operation for 1-5 years, with a team of less than 20 staff, and have served hundreds of customers/beneficiaries since inception.
In this program we are privileged to connect with seasoned, executive mentors who are helping us to further develop our business model aside from exposing us to more strategies that will guide us to continue growing Moto Hope Micro-Lending in a sustainable way. We will also develop MHML’s Impact and Business Model, Growth plan, Financial model, Funding plan as well as Marketing materials. We at MHML are pleased to be participants of “the most rigorous social impact accelerator in the world” to find clarity amidst the chaos.
