Josephine Wangechi Waweru is a professional caterers who worked in one of the schools Molo town. She resigned from her 15 years employment to venture into her own hotel business which she started with a personal savings of $500. From her hotel she makes delicious dishes thanks to her fifteen years’ experience. She is also involved in outside catering for celebrations and weddings. This has enabled her to make a great customer base since her work in known.

She has two employees who help her in the hotel, as a waiter and a cook. Her business is in a specious area and she wants to include a “nyama choma” (a local name for roasted meat) shed for her customers.
