Elizabeth is one focused and hardworking woman with great customer care skills. She easily wins over to her business customers thanks to her pleasant nature. The popularly known as “Malimali” business has been in operation for the last ten years. She sells general household items of a very wide variety which  enables her to spread risks while maximizing sales. Elizabeth stocks cooking stoves, basins, plastic buckets and water containers, cutlery and crockery as well as bathroom sandals, school shoes and padlocks among others. She purchases her stock from wholesalers in Kitale town picking choice items that and that are fast moving and that her customers demand the most .

The ten years in business have earned her a name on her side of town and she doesn’t compromise on quality for she is most determined to retain her old clients while attracting and gaining new ones. The mother of three school going children is not engaged in any other economic activity besides the shop and is very keen on ensuring the business scales upwards.
