Edith is a young mother of two children one school going and a toddler. She is a very aggressive business lady with dynamic business practices that have caused her to thrive. For two years now, she has been selling second hand clothes and running a beauty salon in the busy Keep Left bus park area. Previously her stall was located at Keep Left center but was demolished by virtue of being constructed on a road reserve.
When her shop was demolished, Edith did not lose hope. She simply sought a new location. She found a shop in the most suitable location close to where her business was previously located. This way, she has been able to move with her clients as well as won over the huge human traffic in her new neighborhood.
She sells second hand clothes for men, women and children capitalizing on variety, good quality and affordability. This way, she is able to enjoy considerable profits that keep her business running. Inside her shop she also runs a salon. She is a very gifted hair dresser who does her job with passion and whose salon always has clients of all ages.
She delivers her wares to wherever her customers are and this has enabled her to market her business as well as win the loyalty of customers. When she is making deliveries, her mother helps to take charge of the store. Her two trades combined with her husband’s earnings enable them to pay for the school fees of her child as well as all of their family’s bills and needs.
She is seeking $100 to stock her business. She is optimistic about more sales in the month of February and wants to have varieties that will best suit her customers both new and old.
